- Certified Matrimonial Lawyer. Business Owner. Collaborative Lawyer, Mediator, Early Settlement Panelist for Morris County, Economic Mediator for all Family Law Cases State of NJ. I litigate cases if necessary but am very clear with all my clients that the Court System is not the most efficient and effective way of resolving family matters-collaborative law, mediation or some form of negotiation method usually produces better results. Negotiation is not weak, it is intelligent. People who negotiate their agreements usually stick with them because they are manageable and tailored to the individuals.

- All individuals who have or know someone with marital problems (from the simplest uncontested to the most complex custody and financial matters). We strongly represent both men and women in all areas. Also my clients are individuals with financial difficulties including high levels of credit card debt, or homes under water. New Jersey uses child support guidelines which are mainly, but not exclusively, based on both parents’ income and the number of overnights each parent has with the child.
