Brag about yourself - what makes you great at what you do?

My passion has always been coaching. My journey began as a teacher and coach at Lake Worth High School in South Florida. While helping others succeed has always been my core passion, I quickly realized that the same drive required to coach and lead students not only applied even more to the world of business, but gave me the same personal satisfaction.

I transitioned into the corporate world with Discovery Channel Latin America, traveling the world before riding the internet wave from boom to bust. That experience led me to launch my first business, which failed after three years, but from there, I helped successfully scale a commercial mortgage lender—the largest private financial institution in Florida—from 10 to 550 people. After navigating the real estate crash, I decided to take matters into my own hands again, building and exiting two marketing agencies, the latest of which was named to the inc. 5,000 list two years in a row."

Despite growth and success, I always felt something was missing—I was constantly working harder just to keep up. When I finally discovered EOS through the South Florida EO community, it transformed my life and the trajectory of my business. Looking back, I know that if I’d had these tools sooner, I would have achieved a much higher multiple on my exits. Today, my passion is ensuring other entrepreneurs don't have to learn those lessons the hard way; I love helping leaders get exactly what they want out of their businesses using a system I know works because I’ve lived it.
