Over 30 years building profitable futures for organizations from small to large, for-profit to nonprofit with extensive experience as controller and certification of woman, minority, and veteran owned organizations. Published various articles related to organizational behavior and accounting, including the textbook, Tool Making to Making Time, available at blueorganizational.com/books. Have taught business courses at various colleges and conducted numerous training programs, including train-the-trainer programs to build in-house capabilities. Senior analyst at Blue Organizational Solutions (BOSS) with our signature intervention that staffs an otherwise vacant Midlevel in management with a group, since only a group can handle the position. This level impacts (mediates) all the other levels negatively when unstaffed and positively when staffed. Once staffed, an organization develops as an intact corporate community that naturally follows the path of least action. This path maximizes productivity and profit, while minimizing cost and time. As most fundamental, this communal approach supersedes quality and lean methodologies.
