Focused on mid-market entities, I have spent my career working with business owners in this space to drive revenue with an awareness toward keeping costs under control. Account retention is the least cost way to drive revenues. I know how to evaluate every element of interface between a business or professional service entity and its customers, clients, or patients to identify weak points and address them.
What types of business contacts are you looking to make?
I am looking to increase my contacts with owners, or senior partners of accounting firms with a significant number of mid-market clients. I am also seeking to network and partner with other service providers to the mid-market. Finally, I would hope to meet and create working relationships with mid-market business owners.
