- We do an excellent job at reasonable prices. We are a small firm and thus are able to respond quickly to client needs. Our main business is getting the patents and trademarks for our clients but we also do other intellectual property legal work such as trademark oppositions and cancellation actions, as well as licensing and domain name disputes.
I am one of the few patent attorneys with actual experience doing a patent interference action. An interference action is peculiar to US patent law and conducted to determine which of two different inventors invented first.

- Individuals and companies who want to get patents to protect their innovations and register their brands (trademarks and service marks) with the proper government agencies.
