What sets me apart in my business as a commercial realtor is my steadfast commitment to seeing all aspects of a lease OR purchase transaction through, long after the "fee is earned" or the deal is completed. I insure my clients are connected with some of the best local vendors and business contacts necessary to complete their move or investment purchase.
I have 13 years experience in the commercial real estate brokerage business in the MD / DC markets and use my tenacity and negotiating skills to procure the most economical deals for my clients....
What types of business contacts are you looking to make?
I work with companies looking to locate their businesses in Maryland or DC markets... Be it office, retail or warehouse space. For the most part, my services are free to my clients as fees are typically paid for by Landlord / Seller.
I also help investors find and secure real estate investment deals in the Mid Atlantic markets.

We often assist commercial brokers is closing a deal. By the way, my father's name was "Iskowitz" and my grandfather was "Itzkowitz."
