I help women transform their health and their body so they can look and feel fabulous. Besides helping them discover the right food for their body, I help them turn their new healthy habits into permanent behaviors by uncovering the what's stopping them, slowing them down or keeping them stuck. These issues are: binge eating, stress eating, compulsive eating, body image, and cravings.

What types of business contacts are you looking to make?

I'm looking for other health care professionals who want their patients to follow through but aren't able to comply. Also individuals who need to lose weight, walk back illness, andgain energy!
