Brag about yourself - what makes you great at what you do?

I have an extensive background as a licensed nursing home administrator and healthcare advocate. With over 30 years in the health care field, my experiences include running numerous skilled nursing facilities, working with local hospice organizations and hospitals in the New Jersey area. As a nursing home administrator, I was responsible for ensuring the organizations compliance with State and Federal regulations as well as meeting Advisory regulatory standards. I was instrumental in developing policy and procedures for regulatory compliance. Her strongest assets included facilitating resident, family, physician, and staff meetings to discuss short and long-term resident goals. Lynda understands resident and family concerns placing a loved one in a long-term care setting and was always hands on in ensuring that resident satisfaction was at the forefront of care.

My lifelong vision has been to assist those with difficult health care situations.
As a member of the National Association of Healthcare Advocacy Consultants and the Society of Nursing Home Administrators of N.J., I now focus on providing guided medical guidance to clients who need to navigate the complex healthcare system.

Credentials: Bachelor of Arts degree from CUNY and a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Cincinnati. I am a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of N.J. and have my certification as a Healthcare Advocate from the University of Miami.
