I have a great success rate in helping them become more strategic and effective in their organizations, benefitting both themselves and those they lead. My MBA & PhD education as well as my extensive LD/OD experience across all types of organizations is critical to my success. I am knowledgeable, practical, strategic, insightful, articulate, and dedicated to my clients' success.

What types of business contacts are you looking to make?: Managers, Directors, VPs and other leaders, in functional/line areas or HR, in mid- to large organizations who either want coaching themselves or know people who do. Those who can recommend coaches to others, such as HR generalists and Coaching Coordinators in large organizations, are also relevant. I also subcontract to the right firms.
