Kathryn “Katerin” Roginski is a motivated sales professional dedicated to meeting all of her clients real estate needs. Her philosophy revolves around getting to know her clients personally and finding solutions that are tailored to each individual.
She is a seasoned professional with 15+ years in corporate management focused in the human resources area. Although she excelled in human resources management, Katerin decided to pursue her passion for real estate, and turned it into a new career. Katerin began selling new homes in North Carolina for Centex where she was awarded “Top Seller” for selling 250 homes in two years. After returning to NJ, where she resides in Ridgewood, NJ, Katerin continued her pursuit of success in real estate in Northern Bergen County. She is a member of Real Source Association of REALTORS® and both the Garden State and Multiple Listing Services.

Katerin holds a Master’s of Science degree in management from the University of Maryland and is also fluent in Spanish. In addition, she founded a video-blogging company called VIVE Katerin and has interviewed numerous celebrities as well as local small business owners. She actively volunteers her time to fundraising efforts for the United Way, ALR “The Lupus Research Alliance”, and March of Dimes.
