Brag about yourself - what makes you great at what you do?
What would you do if you knew about an inexpensive, simple, short-term method to maximize productivity and profit, minimize cost, coordinate efforts and extend available time—for a huge competitive advantage, as described in detail on our website?
৹ Over 30 years building profitable futures for organizations from small to large, for-profit to nonprofit with extensive experience as controller and certification of woman, minority, and veteran owned organizations.
৹ Published various articles related to organizational behavior and accounting, including the textbook, Tool Making to Making Time, available at blueorganizational.com/books. Have taught business courses at various colleges and conducted numerous training programs, including train-the-trainer programs to build in-house capabilities. Previous Treasurer and member of the Philadelphia SCORE Chapter.
৹ As the Senior Analyst at Blue Organizational Solutions (BOSS) I oversee our signature intervention that staffs an otherwise vacant Midlevel in the management structure with a trained group, since it takes a trained group to handle the position. This level impacts (mediates) all the other levels in an organization negatively when unstaffed (left to its own devices) and positively when staffed by a group
৹ In 3 to 6 months after meeting with the group once a week, an organization develops into an intact corporate community that naturally follows the path of least action. This path maximizes productivity and profit, while minimizing cost and time. As most fundamental, this community-based approach even supersedes (supplants) quality and lean approaches.
৹ As you might expect and clients report, performance improves almost immediately.
What types of business contacts are you looking to make?
Managers looking to staff a critical, but vacant Midlevel in their management structures (see blueorganizational.com) and controllers seeking assistance with financial analysis, budgeting, accounting through to bookkeeping services.
