Brag about yourself - what makes you great at what you do?
I I turned lemons into lemonade!
My parents (Chuck and Margery Rothschild) were quite well-known in the Jewish community. They were in a car accident in 1994 and my mom was instantly killed. My dad survived, but had a traumatic brain injury and I became his primary care coordinator for the next 14 years. When he passed away, I went on a 5 year scavenger hunt to find his belongings so I could settle the estate.
Because of that, I created Pinventory - a secure, web-based platform that does the one thing that most people and businesses know they need but don't want to do; I create a catalog (inventory) of their financially, sentimentally, and legally valuable assets. They can use the platform themselves, they can take a course through my Academy, or I can come and create their inventories for them through my confidential, personalized concierge service.
What types of business contacts are you looking to make?
People that know that they and/or their clients need an inventory - either proactively or, sadly, posthumously. Estate attorneys, fiduciaries, P&C and life insurance providers, realtors (makes a great closing gift!), small businesses, people that want to add a revenue stream to their business by learning how to create inventories (professional organizers, senior move managers, daily money managers...)
