Brag about yourself - what makes you great at what you do?
I am a dynamic, energetic, and youthful senior citizen who is constantly re-enventing herself. My field is health care. I believe that God put me on this earth to be an instrument of His/Her healing power. How I do that is my choice. I started as a Registered Nurse, ending my career after 11 years of supervisor and educator in Cardiac Surgery. I became a chiropractor in 1989 and an acupuncturist in 1998 and in between I earned a B.A.in psychology and a Masters in Healh Care Administration. For the past several years I have enjoyed yet another career in health care: I am a Certified Health Coach for Take Shape for Life, a wonderful company with a mission to conquer and eradicate the obesity epidemic in our country and lead people to their optimal health potential. I am also a Certified Senior Fitness Instructor and a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant.
What types of business contacts are you looking to make?
Obesity is a growing epidemic in our country and there is hardly anyone who does not know someone who is dealing with this crisis. Therefore, I am reaching out to all contacts for referrals from adolescents to seniors with only one pre-requisite, that they are truly ready to make healthy changes in their lives.
