It doesn't have to be complicated.

Try any 1 of these tips for 30 days and you'll feel better. imagine if you tried 3 or 4?

  1. Eat less,
  2. eat slower,
  3. eat smaller,
  4. eat your fruits and vegetables,
  5. stop eating before you're full,
  6. up your fiber,
  7. lower your calories,
  8. get off the bus early,
  9. do some gardening,
  10. do jumping jacks,
  11. take the stairs,
  12. take one not two,
  13. take on a new sport,
  14. take a long walk home,
  15. walk instead of drive,
  16. bend,
  17. stretch,
  18. reach for the stars,

Not every lesson taught is a lesson learned so I see value in repeating this important message.

I'm reading a great little short book (about 100 pages) called "Food Rules" by Michael Pollen.

Simple advice like"Dont get your fuel from the same place your car does"

or "Eat animals that have themselves eaten well".

Often better nutrition is achieved by raising the awareness of what we are doing and what I like about this book is that without getting into the science of nutrition he gives easy to understand, simple, logical things that I can do on a daily basis, sometimes even a few times a day.

Check it out or if you are local to Northern NJ drop in to my Free Lending Library of a little over 100 books on health, wellness, cookbooks etc.
